Frequently Asked Questions

What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a process where, through conversations with a psychotherapist, you explore feelings, thoughts, and behavior patterns. The goal is better self-understanding, coping strategies, and improved quality of life.

What is a therapy session like?

A session lasts 50–60 minutes (double sessions are possible). It takes place in a confidential, safe environment. The therapist is active in the conversation, asks questions, and uses techniques tailored to your needs. Sessions can be individual or couples.

How often should I come?

Typically once per week. Depending on needs and topics, you and your therapist may agree on a slower pace (e.g., every two weeks) or a more intensive one (twice weekly for complex issues).
